Paul Joseph Kilday was a representative of the 20th Congressional District of Texas in the U.S. House of Representatives and later a Judge on the U.S. Court of Military Appeals. This collection consists of correspondence, congressional studies, memos and other documentation of the over twenty-two years of Kilday's congressional career.

Paul Joseph Kilday (1900-1968) was born in Sabinal, Texas, and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He attended St. Mary's College. Kilday was elected representative of the 20th Congressional District of Texas in the U. S. House of Representatives and later served as a judge on the U. S. Court of Military Appeals.
